But my questionis this.....since i am an alum initate i wonder if there is a way to get the ivy leaf pin ( by buying one) from EO. I would love to have it along with my badge.

Sorry cutiepatootie, but that's a no. New member pins are given to collegiates "on loan" from the Chapter they are joining, and are returned back to the chapter upon initiation so even they don't get to keep them. Need to keep that ivy chain (of new members) going you know!

Actually, I just called the EO and alumnae initiates can purchase new member pins for $3.50. Just call Samantha at 847-475-0663.

Even though our Constitution says that the new member badges are the property of the chapter unless purchased by the new member most of our collegiate chapters do not function that way. Most chapters order new ivy leaf pins for every pledge class.

Anyway, to answer your question, you too can have a little ivy leaf pin!
