Dry or Wet?

Hey Brothers:

Why is SAMMY Nationals encouraging all chapters to go dry? Shouldn't Brothers of legal drinking age, decide for themselves and their chapter whether it should go dry or stay wet?

How do the rest of you feel about chapters and campuses going Dry (alcohol free)?
