if you wanna be super evil give him a cement mixer.. heh heh... 1 1/2 oz irish creme, 1 oz coffe liqueur, 1/2 oz 151 rum... he puts the shot in his mouth and then shakes his head to mix it up.. it curdles instantly  (don't tell him this heheehe) yuck

Chocolate Cake is a fabulous shot...
Mix some sort of citrus vodka (Stoli Limon, perhaps) with Frangelico... even parts.
Slam the shot, then suck on a sugar-dipped lemon slice.
