I am thinking of joining a sorority when I go to college?

I'm thinking of joining a sorority when I go to college. What does it take to "get in" a sorority? And I would like the deep-down nitty-gritty details, please. (If you have the time, that is.)Anyone who has rushed or is in a sorority,I would love to hear from you.
