OK, I was just visiting CSU's website and under "fraternities and sororities" the only NPC groups listed was Theta Phi Alpha. I could have sworn they had two NPC groups. Am I hallucinating, did one close, are they not listed, or what? Anyone know?

Edited to add: I at least figured out that I am not hallucinating. AEPhi is/was there (recently); in fact their chapter web site is still up.
