LEAD vs. Traditional

Which would you say your chapter is? If you're traditional do you plan to adopt LEAD?

Delta Theta, at Knox College, has used lead for a number of years. We have incorperated a few of our older traditions into the lead program, as well as keeping them on top of lead for part of our Candidate program. Hazing, still, has no place in our house.
