Hello I am glad to be apart of your chats. My husband and kids and I are stationed in Navy Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Fl. I have a lot of women that are very close friends of mine who are all moms, work, have a professional education, hang out, so I would like to know How I would be able to start a sorority for our group of business women such as accountants, bankers, managers, district managers, human resources personnel and so on.

There are sororities out there aimed at just this kind of thing. The most well-known is Beta Sigma Phi. You should be able to learn plenty about them on the interwebs.
