Between friends... appropriate or not?

You’re in the club/bar/lounge chillin’ with your friends. Somehow there's eye contact between you and his honey across the room. He comes over introduces himself and you’re like he’s fine.. you’re feeling him. Well, after a little convo.. (as much as you could have in that environment) you’re like he’s okay.. but you’re still flirting cause he’s fine as h*ll. At the same time and unbeknownst to you, your friend is checking him out as well and is starting to dig him too. Is it ever appropriate for her to slide dude her number although you’re still talking to him?

Does it make a difference if you have a man and your friend (who is very single) knows that the only thing that will happen between you and the guy is some harmless flirting… then is it okay?
