Your Greek Big/Mom/Dad
I was wondering, how many people are older than their Greek Big/Mom/Dad?
I am exactly one year and three days older than my Big Sis. I have Einstien's b-day and she gets St. Patty's day. Next year I actually get to take her out for her 21st!

My 2 cents
A girl I pledged with was a senior and her big sister was a sophmore. Kind of wierd.

I don't think having a younger big sister is all that odd. i just pledged last winter and I was in 3rd year (or Junior) and my big sister is a year younger than me, but she's the greatest. i hope to be a big sister this year.

I am older than my big sis, and I was actually older than most of the girls I pledged with. By only like a year

I'm not older than my big sister, who just graduated and I already miss terribly However, if I wear shoes that have any kind of heel (basically, everything I own other than flip flops) I tower over her by a full twelve inches-- she's only 5 feet tall Gives a new, ironic meaning to "little sister"....

I am older than all of the collegiates in my chapter, including my big sister (who graduated in May. I miss her! ) I will be turning the big 3-0 next April. Pretty scarey! But actually my sisters are wonderful and I wouldn't change a thing!!!!

I am not older than my big, but my lil is older than me. She is a year younger in school, but actually 3 months older than me. So she gets to take me out for my 21st next year.

I am 2 months older than my big. And it was really funny becuase she is smaller than me in height and she was telling her mom that her little was bigger than her. Looks like I should be the big. Can't wait to get a little!

My big is older than me and I am older than my little. The thing in my family was HEIGHT! I'm 5'6...My big is shorter than me. Her big is shorter than her. Her big is shorter than her. Yes, my great-grand big was pretty small. But the tradition has ended because I think my little is shorter than I am...but I could be wrong, in which case the tradition continues!

I am younger than my little sis by two months, and she also towers over me....especially when she's wearing her boots.....so people look at us and it really feels weird to say that I am the "big" sister. It has become a running joke among us.

one of my lils is a year and 2 weeks older than me. my other lil is about 4 months younger... it balances out in the end because they are both about a foot taller than me. Like the person above said... I am the Lil Big sis. I think the biggest gap between lil and big is the big sis is 21 and the lil is 25. The 21 year old's second lil sis is now 20.
It's actually kinda fun having an older lil... you can give them tips on the sorority and they can give you tips on how to live life.

I am so happy to see all of these replies! It helps to know that I am not alone in the older lil position. I love my big to death and wouldn't trade her for the world, she is the reason I joined!
