Help!

Hey All,

A really good friend of mine wants to start a charter of ZBT at our college. He seems pretty dedicated and as a fellow greek i told him the Phi Sigs would be willing to help with fundraising n stuff. What exactly does he need to do in order to get approval for a new charter? Thanks much ,

Step 1: Your friend needs to contact ZBT's headquarters and find out what they require in a new chapter.

Step 2, etc.. He'll find that out once they tell him.
