Virginia SOL's

Eeeek! My students are going to be taking the first of SOL tests today. These seem much scarier than the IOWA tests and the other ones we took in elementary school. If I'm this nervous...I can't imagine how my third graders are going to be when they get here! Anyone else facing this? Any tips for a first year teacher giving these?
