Panhellenic transition

I am currently the president of Panhell on our campus. My chapter will not be here next year, so I am trying to make the transition from a 4 sorority to a 3 sorority system. Of course, I have been utilizing our Greek Life Advisor and the girls on the council, but I would like any advice that anyone else who has been in or seen a similar situation could throw out at me. Thanks!!!
