AFTER GREEK LIFE

As you know, I'm a Division Vice President for Delta Tau Delta, and am also Immediate Past President of my University's alumni association out here in the West.

Do you have an after Greek Life when you graduate or is it all forgotten?
Do you stay in touch with your chapter or A local Alum Association?
Are you one of those that state I was a XYZ member?

This has been on a thread of what you do for your Organization, but what do you feel about your Alma Mater and Your Greek Organization?

I'll probably go alumna this Fall or Spring, but I know that I'll still want to serve my organization!

AGD has Leadership Consultants, a group of recent college graduates that train at our IHQ and then go out and visit our chapters. During the school year they travel from chapter to chapter, usually assisting with Recruitment and officer training. We also have Leadership Advisors, also recent grauates who attend graduate school and at the same time provide assistance to a chapter in need of attention. In this case, the LA lives with the chapter.

In addition to LCs and LAs, we have the many volunteer positions in the Province and Area levels, as well as the numerous alumnae chapters and clubs.

I have many things to look forward to as a member of the Hawaii Alumnae Chapter and Junior Circle...and when I do leave my collegiate career behind I'll be in good hands. I just can't see my life without doing something for AGD!
