House Plans

I have triede to find house plans for a 20 - 24 person house and so far have had little luck! Is there anyone out there that may have some?
As we all know, the plans cost a bunch and I would rather the money go to building a house!
We are in need of a new house as our Grand Old House is about shot!. It was the first in PITT. Ks to have electricity and it was @ 100 + when we bought it and have had for 30 + yrs. Yesser I need help!

I know the LXA chapter at RPI built a new huse about 5-7 yrs ago that might e the size you are looking for. Try contacting them.
