Dumb question, is day head the same as being the party chair? You're responsible for planning the last round of parties for your chapter?
No matter what you do, the one piece of advice I can give you: Make absolutely, 100% sure that the participants in the ceremony have their parts memorized so they can say them naturally and easily. Sad to say, I've seen girls read them, having never looked over it until five minutes previously, and the ceremony loses a lot of its power. It suggests to the rushees that AZD's beliefs don't mean much to you and you're just going through the motions. Then they go on to XYZ's pref party, which is very moving, and the sisters are crying - guess which house they pick?
Good luck!
