I have an autographed basketball from Michael Jordan.
(Mid-80s) It was the last day of my summer (sports) internship at the Detroit Free Press. A Nike-sponsored event had Jordan in town with a few Pistons (Dumars, Rodman, etc...)
Getting the autograph was totally unprofessional (as I was a reporter) but it was the last day of the internship, so I was getting the autographed ball.
MJ was actually pretty chilled, easy to talk to. He and Joe Dumars were just regular dudes.
....I think the ball's in a closet off of my family room.
