I have it in my new car, I like it but I'm not addicted to it. Mostly because I'm just used to my ipod playlists. I'd choose pandora over sirius any day.
But I don't do talk radio or sports, which if you're into that it's probably worth.

I have Sirius/XM in my car and I also pay for the online service (which includes the smartphone app). The great thing about the app is that you can play it while on a docking station (with speakers) and/or you can play it online on your computer while you're working! LOVE IT

I love my Sirius! I've got the subscription that includes the car radio, online listening and the on demand stuff. If you do any amount of driving I think it's worth it. Then again, I've had it for about five years now so I am biased.
