Scholarship and Academic Improvement

Hi all,

My chapter has currently dropped severely in it's GPA under national and collegiate requirements. I have been reading up on other posts and chapter's ideas and methods to improve their chapter's GPA. I like the idea of positive reinforcements rather than punishing those who don't take the matter into their own hands. I am not a fan of study hours because I have yet to see an improvement come from them. If anyone can share their own chapter's academic ideas to help increase and maintain the chapter's GPA, please let me know.
