I jsut got voted in to RVP i need some cheap ideas that work for spring rush, spring rush is super super informal and we are pretty broke the last RVP went over budget by 300 bucks!!!! so ...

we are about 30 strong with 15 of them being new deltas we are having 3 parties and pref and bid night.... i need themes for all of them ... some of the themes we have are lion king, round up a western, shipwreck, casino night, and garden party ( I HATE GARDEN PARTY!!!!!) PLESSE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!! I know our Rush advisor would be willing to pay for some of the decorations so...
