I was watching the new Paul McCartney video on MTV (odd, Beatles on MTV, it gets me everytime!) And then right after they have a thing for George. BAH! Why do we keep losing the good musicians?! At least now they will play alot more Beatles things, like Help, Hard Days Night and so forth...

I am a huge Beatles fan. When I feel really sad or upset they're all I can listen to, and as I've been rather depressed lately the Anthology vids and the albums have been getting lots of play.

John was killed when I was 13 1/2, just when I was starting to really get into the Beatles. I can't remember ever NOT knowing who the Beatles were or why they were so important, and one of my first memories is insisting I be allowed to stay up to watch "Yellow Submarine" on TV.

Singing along to George's songs is something that is as natural to me as breathing. He will be sorely missed.
