Way to remember an AXO??
Hey-
My name is Katey and I am an AGD from Eastern Mich. Univ. I'm sure some of you remember hearing about the tragic death of one of your sisters from Central Mich Univ. in Nov. '99 from a car accident. I was a very very close friend of her's from before she even went to school. I encouraged her to go greek and I have to tell you, even tho she was only in AXO for a short time nothing meant more to her than AXO and greek life!!! I learned to love being greek so much more from her! The reason I am writing you is that I have vowed to do everything in the greek community for her and her brother (he also died, he was a Delta Chi) and I was wondering if there is any special symbol I could wear/use w/out compromising your special sisterhood? If you had a mascot, I was going to get a charm of it or something like that. When I write something having to do with her I put AXO and AGD and use the same A b/c we are sisters regardless. Could you help me with a symbol of her love for your sisterhood that I could use? Thanks for helping me out and I have to say that from knowing her chapter and AXO through her I know how beautiful your sorority is.
