I know him from VH1 and other appearances.

This makes the fifth Black man in the past 2 months, who I know in real life or in the entertainment world, who is under the age of 45 and has died from such causes. Please take care of your health. There tend to be warning signs. Please pay attention to the warning signs to decrease the likelihood of dying young.

Wow. It is really scary with all these people dying so young. I saw him on Charlie Sheen's roast and thought he was hilarious.

This is so upsetting. I saw him on the Charlie Sheen roast, too, and everyone was making diabetes jokes to him. I know it's a roast, and for Charlie Sheen of all assholes, but still. I knew of him before from VH1, too. What a shame.
