Not only that but pissy boy. The whole time I was watching I was reminded of the part of his Kings of Comedy routine where he talks about them. Hiiiiiiilarious.

Vanessa betta go on somewhere calling Social Services. Then she killed me in ep #2 telling the brother "Tell him to get me some orange juice." Oh no Miss Lady, you can't ask me then I sure ain't going to get it.

I don't watch regularly scheduled television that much, but I will definitely be tuning in to it again next week.

Those little kids were a mess.

At first, I didn't like the little pop-ups but they did get pretty funny towards the end of the show.

At first I didn't like the pop-ups either. When I first watch new shows I have a "I don't like it" attitude until the show proves otherwise. During the first 15 minutes I was saying to myself, Bernie you're funnier than this, but as time went on it got better.

The funniest parts to me
When the social worker was asking him about cursing in front of the children about the big ass doughnut.
When he and the little girl was playing with the doll and she was teaching him how she should walk and talk.
And finally, when she was reading the story and he turned into an old man.

I'll watch the show next week for sure .....that's Bernie Mack so of course I'll tune in.

I thought it was very funny. Both episodes. As far as I'm concerned, Bernie is definitely 'keepin' it real' with this show. He's as funny on the show as he is doing is comedy routine (except cleaner, of course). I hope it does real well and I hope Black people give it a chance and support it.

I was thinking the same thing, about him being funnier than that. I sat through both episodes waiting for Bryana to say, "I want some milk and cooooookies." That mess was hilarious, but alas, it didn't happen.

I thought the show was pretty funny. The spreading of the germs was funny! The barbie part was hilarious, too. Bryana reminded me of me when I was little, talkin' 'bout some, "Uncle Bernie, you hurt my feelings." LOL!!

I also liked how he kept saying America, that was too funny. "I'm talkin' to America right now." LMAO!

Well, I was disappointed by the show...to the point where I couldn't watch the second episode. The first episode warranted a chuckle or two...but, it was all-out funny like I'm used to Bernie being. First, I was like...how many times is she going to say "Bernie Mac?" We know his name...just say "Bernie."
Maybe the show will grow on me...but, I think I'll have to get used to it because (1) he can't curse (I guess I'm just remember the Kings of Comedy) and (2) it's not the typical sitcom format (no laughing "people" in the background). I personally think he was funnier on Moesha and whatever other show(s) he used to come on.

I really liked it.

I missed the first episode, so maybe that one wasn't great, but I thought the second one was funny.

I will definitely be supporting Bernie this season!(nothing else on that I want to watch in that time slot...Drew Carey ain't funny anymore!)

It did very well in the ratings too, coming in first in its time slot (most people watched the second ep though, I guess we all thought that one was funnier).

I think that it will definitely take some getting used to, cuz like you said, it's not a typical sitcom. He was on Howard Stern (I don't listen, lol, I just heard) talking about how his show is just his real life, put in TV form. So maybe his wife calls him that all the time? I lightweight tripped off of that, too.

But what she did say that was funny was when she was talkin' about her job... "They don't play that, they're AT&T." That was funny.

If it IS realistic, his wife still works? And for AT&T? Would you work if your man was rich? And I don't mean community service, I mean a job, lol. I would quit, lol.

I didn't really care for episode one. Something was missing, and I thought he was trying way to hard. I didn't watch episode 2 but I did tape it. ( I turned to Felicity )

But I will watch and support the show just like I did with My Wife and Kids, and that show has gotten a little better to me.
