Hey!! I have a few questions that might be a little dumb but its about what to wear and hair etc..
1) I want to wear a dress for one of the nights of recruitment but I have already worn it before (only once) but I have pictures of me in it on facebook. Is that a no no? Or can you repeat a dress (not an entire outfit)?
2) Is it better to keep your hairstyle the same all nights or should you switch it up?
Thank you!!

You have never met the sorority members and they don't know your wardrobe. If you like the dress, wear it.

Use the search function, because there are a lot of recent recruitment threads with outfit suggestions and such. But even if these girls facebook stalk you (and that's IF) they are very unlikely to remember your clothing. Wear the dress. As for hair, wear it in a way that best suits you. Just pick a style that will make you feel the most confident, and if you feel great in several styles, mix it up! If not, find one that you feel comfortable with, and stick with it.

How big is your recruitment? You might consider keeping the hair relatively similar if you are going through at a big school where you may be "the girl with the blonde ponytail" or something, at least the first two nights.

Is this dress too dressy for pref day?

sorry the picture is soo small, but freakishly enough I have this complete outfit. I've looked everywhere for a dress but I couldnt find one that I liked, and I already had this dress that I've only worn once ( to a wedding) so I was thinking why not. I'm also alittle scared to wear because its last season's from BP and I know it was a popular dress. I've seen it in some girls pictures of their formal. I was thinking that wearing the tights would play it down alittle. maybe I could even belt it? ( thin black belt perhaps) also when I wore this dress I wore my hair in a curled side ponytail similar to this:

I didnt think it was too much at the time, but now i'm just super worried that it will be
the recruitment website says dress, after five attire, or party dress

it's cute-you don't have to have a brand new dress. most likely no one will know that this is not a new dress, anyway. just make sure it is the type of dress that would be worn to prefs. on your campus. your recruitment counselor should be able to confirm or not.
