I was at one school and got a bit for it, but needed to leave for the semester and now can't get back. I have/had a bid for DG there and love the whole idea of DG, so I want to share it with everyone else.

Expansion is not a simple process. The school you attend must be open for NPC expansion and DG must be selected to colonize at your school.
