What do they mean by additional info on the rush application for UF?

That is for anything else that you would like the chapters to know, that isnt already stated somewhere else on the registration form.

As a recruitment advisor who reads those, let me give you a good word of caution on that. Only add additional information in that section that you feel may be helpful: hobbies, major, etc. Dont use that section to go on about how much you want to be in a sorority (that makes you look desparate), explanations for a crappy GPA (because it wont matter the excuse), etc.

Pageant titles, special awards won, school involvement, Prom/Homecoming Queen, sports played, those types of things.

Yes! Yes! Any special awards received from anything (high school and beyond) can be listed there.

I say high school and beyond, because I have seen registration forms with middle school accomplishments listed. Sororities are not interested in your middle school career. They want to know what you did during your high school years and college (assuming you are not an incoming freshman).
