Maude
I am a huge fan of Bea Arthur and wonder if she is related to Bethany Frankel, does anyone know? That is a side note so back to the topic. I found Maude tapes in my grandmother's closet and thought it would be a good show. Wow, I was VERY wrong. The episode touched on such heavy topics it made the show depressing like Maude getting an abortion. I can't believe a show can even base an episode on that? I don't think you can atleast in 2010 and this is way past the shows time. Her open use of pill taking and husband trying to commit suicide! This is far from the comedy I expected it would be. I never heard of half the shows that came on ABC or the rest back then. Lol, what is Room 222, Adam's Rib, Marcus Welby, nvm the list is way to long of popular shows I have never seen TV Land reruns of!
