Sorority Recruitment question

So as the recruitment director of AST, I need some ideas!!! Our school just changed the way recruitment is working this year, and we now have an open round or a "sisterhood round" to do whatever we want for 40 minutes with the girls. I need ideas for what to do!!!! Many other chapters are just making like a game round to socialize and play cards or catch phrase but we can't all do the same thing. I really want to stand out and do something fun and memorable!!!

Question: what are the other rounds? Can you tell us a little more about how your recruitment works (ex: the rounds, and what you do)

Example: Day 1 is this and it is x min long, Day 2 is this and it's x minutes, etc.

The first weekend goes like this:
Saturday: 10 rounds 30 minutes each- we just chat one on one with the girls
Sunday: 7 rounds- 40 minutes- Philanthropy round- making crafts for local hospital
Week of silence
2nd weekend- Friday: Open round or sisterhood round. 5 rounds- 40 minutes each. NEED IDEAS!!!!
Saturday- Pref night we do a ceremony and socialize for 3 50 minute rounds
Sunday- Bid day!

What about putting together a slide show set to music that showcases your sisterhood? Show photos from favorite events from the past year. This could be the opening activity for the sisterhood round. Then maybe have officers or committee heads from your sorority give a brief overview of their responsibilites, activities for the upcoming year, etc.
