I was proud to see Grand take her place on stage, she spoke well about everyone. I hope the D9 heard the unity message she shared with the world! Thats the sign of a leader!

I was going to say the same thing. Often people (including members who never become active alumnae members) only see and know of the "friendly" competition among the undergrads and they judge our unity or lack thereof based on that only.

Spring 90; your too young to understand true UNITY. Maybe you can change how the younger groups communicate towards each other. There was a time we ALL felt the oneness from the D9, but, like many things times has changed. To debate this with you demonstrates how we are divided. We should’ve realized this when the lost of an opportunity for a D9 to win 100, 000 in scholarships BECAUSE the crowd applause was enough for the judges to select a group who doesn’t represent us. We should’ve stood by each other and offered the support for the representing D9’s Delta, or AKA. I’m too old for you to question my commitment as a finer woman. Just know this when it’s all said and done we all have a common bond! Take care Soror (we use to say that to each other)

I'm not tryin' to pick but this is TOO FUNNY. You just joined gc and you are assuming that a long time member (since 2001) is younger than you. How can you possibly know this? LMMFAO!!!

Hint: There are a lot of alumnae on gc.

And I'm Spring '93 but would never claim to be seasoned...just lightly seasoned. You sound like you had tea with the founders...LOL!

Actually the bolded doesn't mean much, since alumnae status begins right out of college. But I see our poster is probably around 40, so I will yield to her longevity and wisdom. - LOL
