Golden Heart of the 80's

I have a friend that was a SigEp sweetheart in the 1980's
and her husband mentioned a Golden Heart Shirt that she wore,
can anyone show me or explain what a Golden Heart Shirt is?

It sounds like something that was prob. chapter based, not a national thing. My mom was a Little Sister of the Golden Heart ('73-'76) and she said nationals didn't officially recognize them...
