Creating Excitement for Recruitment
I searched for this, but couldn't find a thread so if anyone does know of one, please let me know!
Recruitment starts soon (hurrah! I love recruitment.) and things are going fairly well. Our work week has been productive and girls seem to be doing really well.
However, it's a struggle every year to get girls excited for the actual events, as we do a great deal of COB and Informal Recruitment, and most of them seem to dread each and every recruitment event. I've tried the tips from PhiredUp and it has had only marginal success.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
