There is a key on the shield..and per their website looks like this is a Kappa Kappa Gamma House Mother pin. You rarely see these house mother pins and they are much rarer than actual sorority pins! The back is marked with 10K. This pin is in excellant condition and the fasten works great. Lucky bidder to pay $3.50 for Priority shipping via the USPS in a padded box.
