Nurses?

Any nurses/nursing students out there in GC land? I am a student............doing prerequisites now. Ill start clinical in the spring. Im a career changer. My bachelor's was in political science (hows THAT for a career change LOL). Just wondering if there were any RN's out there.

My mom is one, does that count? lol.

She used to bring us home all sorts of gnarly videos of hip replacements and stuff when we were little. Crazy.

Nursing is the career of choice in my family. I have 2 cousins who are in school to be Nurse Practitioners. And most of my younger girl cousins are majoring in it when they go to college.

I'm a nurse -- spent most of my career in critical care and am now a nursing supervisor/patient flow coordinator. Good luck to you all with school and in nursing. It is a wonderful profession!

I am a nursing student. I went back for my second degree after my youngest went to college. It is quite a career change but one I have been planning for over 3 years! Clinicals start Oct. 14 OMG!!
