Tips for Sorority Recruitment Application

Does anyone have any tips for my Recruitment Application? There is a section for additional information but I can't type anything in that box. What would I put there? Should I put additional information under the "other activities" box? I already listed high school and college activities. Thanks!

Also, do I need to say anything about myself? I'm married and I don't want to keep it a secret, but there isn't anywhere to put it on the application...

If you have any community service, put it in that area. If you don't have anything else, leave it blank.
