Wittenberg: Phi Psi House Will Close (Safety Codes, High Cost of Needed Repairs, etc)

Although Phi Psi will be moving out of their house, it appears from the article ^ that the chapter will continue to function.

It's too bad, but the estimated cost of structural and electrical repairs and upgrades apparently would be close to $800,000 (!)

Wow, I am really sorry to hear that. My son is a new fraternity member at Witt, (not Phi Psi), and it's sad to hear one of the houses has to be abandoned. Hope they find a great replacement.

Wittenberg has a wonderful 130 year old greek community, and some of the houses are really beautiful.... at least on the outside. (Sigma Kappa, ADPi, Phi Gam are very nice indeed)
