SACRAMENTO, CA - It's the ultimate "bad dog" story.
"Jill Amaker spent weeks trying to get a ticket to the
Barack Obama
inauguration. When she finally did, it was overnighted to her home, right through the mail slot.
Webster, a Rhodesian ridgeback puppy, took it from there.
"I came home to shreds of paper all over the
house. When I finally realized what it was, I couldn't believe it," said Amaker.
Amaker and her daughter have spent hours trying to put the torn ticket with a purple border back together like a puzzle. Amaker still plans to make the trip.
"I don't know if this will fly at the front gates in Washington," she said.
Being a puppy and all, Webster likes to chew stuff. He recently chewed up a video of "Marley and Me."
"You just have to laugh," said Amaker."
