Question about order of Set Three Parties

Does the order that you are asked to Set Three Parties during formal recruitment mean anything. My friend is asking me if the fact that she got asked to her two favorites for the last two parties of the evening mean she is lower on their list. At her school Set Three is the group immediately before Preference Night.

Thanks
