Bush signs organ donor bill honoring Tubbs Jones
A bill honoring organ donors that is named for former Cleveland Democratic Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones was signed into law on Tuesday by President Bush. Local officials have said that as many as 58 people benefited from organs donated by Tubbs Jones after her August death from a brain aneurysm.
