I'm Surprised There Isn't a Thread About This Already

Victoria's Secret Fashion Show was last night. I know I couldn't have been the only GC'er to watch it.

I watched it. I used to work at the big store at Easton Town Center in Columbus where they actually would sell some of that crazy underwear the models were wearing (and by crazy I don't mean the regular bras and panties..I mean the things with feathers and other stuff all over them).

I really liked the Scottish Romance set. Also, the wings that went along with the Fantasy Bra were gorgeous.

Of course I watched this!

The Scottish items were all really cute, as was the stuff in the beginning segment with Justin.

The PINK collection they showed was a bit disappointing.

Personally, I was disappointed. It seemed like a lot of the stuff was regular bras and panites with costumes. There was not a lot of items that stood out to me. I wasn't impressed with most of the models either. My wish for next year is for Tyra to come back from runway retirement and for Heidi not be be on maternity leave. BTW did you noticed how they kept hiding her bump? We all know she was pregnant!

JT was good, though.

i was only watching for JT actually, but i figured, hey, let me watch an hour of women who are 1/4th my size wear lingerie that i havent been able to fit since i was 12. cause surely that would be a confidence booster.

seriously, i liked the show. it was cute. the airplane-inspired one was a little weird, otherwise, all good in my book.

p.s. the part where that one girl's shoe falls off - reminded me of last week's ANTM episode with the spanish dancing...

The shoe thing reminded me of the SATC episode when Carrie does Real New York.

What in the world were the Scottish items at Victoria's Secret? I'm picturing wool-tartan bras, and that's not the pretty picture I associate with Victoria's Secret.

Some of the most gorgeous ladies I've ever seen. It also made me feel like I should not eat for the next 5 years.

Well, I have never watched it myself, but I am assuming it is a fashion show for Victoria's Secret, where the models are modeling Victoria's Secret apparel. It airs on CBS, I think.
