HOLA HOLA HOLA! and Besos to all my sisters out there!
Ladies! youŽll never guess what i just found the other day while walking around Salamanca?! ok maybe you will, but its a QUATREFOIL FOUNTAIN!
IŽm going to take another photo of it in the day light and hopefully post it when i get back! Think i should send it to the Algaia if it turns out nice?

definitely send it in!!!! have you contacted Leona, the magic carpet director BTW??? she knows where most of the phi mus out of country are.....maybe you could get a bunch of phi mus from all over in a picture with it!

Wow, that's awesome! The quatrefoil seems to be a pretty common symbol in European art. When I was studying abroad in France and travelling in Italy, I saw several things with quatrefoils. At one church in Florence, Italy I saw in the facade a quatrefoil with a lion's head. I saw another church where the artist designed the entire door with quatrefoils. I tried to take pictures of all the quatrefoils I saw. I bet if you look around some more, you'll find more quatrefoils.

I hope you're having a great time in Spain. Study abroad is definatly the experience of a lifetime.

Hey! Does anyone know who's currently in charge of abroad Phi Mus? I'm applying to grad school in Switzerland, and I was wondering if there are any sisters over there.

And yeah, quatrefoils are ALL OVER Europe. When I was studying in Germany, they told us that they symbolize the four gospels. So yeah, you're going to find them all over churches n stuf in Europe.

i think the Magic Carpet director is Leona Hughes Hughes (an alum of my chapter), but i'm not postive.
