Just found out about this book. Author was in a fraternity himself. Investigates a drug operation that began as college kids selling to each other and wound up a full scale drug dealing/manufacturing operation.

The book
“When Max Marshall arrived on the campus of the College of Charleston in 2018, he hoped to investigate a small-time fraternity Xanax trafficking ring. Instead, he found a homicide, several student deaths, and millions of dollars circulating around the Deep South“
I’m putting this in news because, although it started out in a college’s GL, it became something much larger than that. The book starts off in college/GL but the operation becomes much larger than the campus. It’s also an issue that effects everyone in some way, shape or form- not just college students or people in GL.
These pressed pills are terrifying. Drug dealers are cutting them with fentanyl and xylazine, but if people aren’t educated on the process or origin of the pills, they don’t know they’re ingesting these substances.

I’m about 60% through and it’s pretty mind blowing.
