Open House Table Ideas?

Hi everyone!
I currently go to school in Bangor, ME at NESCom, which shares it's campus with Husson University. Husson has an open house coming up in about four weeks that all of the organizations table for. Greek Life is a pretty huge part of it.

Every Open House, we have a chance to win $100 for our table and $100 for our display board. Last semester, the 'theme' of Open House (which all tables have to abide by) was Across the World, Across Cultures of which we won!

But this semester's theme is a little weird: it's Western. Now, we're obviously NOT in the Western part of the US and our sorority (Kappa Delta Phi NAS) is a National Sorority mainly hitting New England states.

We're trying to think of a great idea to showcase our sorority, but can't think of any.

Any ideas?? Would be greatly appreciated!
