I had good results last year with Abs of steel (3 workouts of 10 min each), Buns & thighs of steel 2000, Legs & thighs of steel 2000, and arms & abs of steel. Tried tae-bo once and I and my hubby about had heart attacks.
In summer, I'd do one of the buns tapes plus one of the abs workouts on 2 days, arms & abs on 2 other days, and just the abs mini-workouts on other days. It worked pretty well.
You do need to go out walking or running on top of that, too.
