Why did they think she was newsworthy.... if I was a "conspiracy theory" person, I'd think that report was designed to take us back all the way to slavery!

That is EXACTLY what that isht was. She sounded the same as she did on AI. She really thinks she can sing. I started to call in and comment but my comments would have also been about the 2 news reporters who cheered her on and said her singing was great. LIES!!! ALL LIES

a radio station here interviewed her this morning. that chick is CA-RAY-ZAY! she would only answer to "American Idol Rhonetta Johnson" because "ya'll betta recognize"

Me neither. Everything that I've found says it's by Carmen McRae & Dave Brubeck:

She's newsworthy because of her sheer hoodness. Remember, we're in times where Flayva Flaav!!! and Booby Beresford Brown can get TV shows.

175 have to get cut to 24.
