HC it's so nice and warm in DC?

HC I opened my email today and got some great news 
HC I was so excited
HC then I realized my color choice for today was all wrong
HC I wish I had another change of clothing in my office
HC I am still going to attend
HC I will wear a jacket
HC I am still excited

HC I cooked lamb chops for the first time last night.
HC they were DELICIOUS!
HC next on my "to cook" list is catfish.
HC I'm excited that I've learned there's more to cooking than adding water and milk!

HC I love, Love, LOVE lamb chops. I think I wouldn't like them any more if I decided to cook them myself, but I'll ask anyway; How did you do it?

HC you can also have a rack, legs, shanks, even lamb burgers?
HC I don't cook it much because it's fatty and you need ventilation so that your smoke detectors don't trigger?
