Funny you say that...because I was going to guess Trojans were TriDelts! Only because this reminded me of what I did when I preferenced there (and it was a beautiful preference):

Me too! Though the pulling the petals from the flower thing doesn't fit- who could do that with a carnation? LOL. Maybe Cardinals is KD. My guess for Trojans is Pi Beta Phi.

I haven't had the time to look up which school she's at but I know that on the west coast but I know one of the TriDelta houses gets to repaint their rooms whatever color they like every year (well the person with the most house points in the room gets the choice).
But true, the pearl thing could definatly be TriDelta because I know that's one of the things we did at my chapter when I was going through recruitment.
I'm excited to see which chapter is which


Edit*Just kidding, I looked up her school and there's no TriDelta there...but the other one in her state is the one that paints their rooms every year

Just wild guesses:

Sun Devils=Alpha Phi
Trojans=Gamma Phi Beta
Cardinals=Alpha Chi Omega

I'm crappy at guessing games, though. Oh, and I cheated...I looked up your campus in your other post. Although...you're right...it's easier to pull petals off a rose than a carnation, so I'm probably off on the Cardinals.

Upload them to a free hosting site -- photobucket.com or tinypic.com is good.

Copy the [I M G] tags provided to you after you upload them and paste into a GC post. The tags are usually located to the right of your uploaded photo.

Bid Day

After last year, I was a nervous wreck. I couldn’t concentrate in my classes, which were over before noon. I tried to do homework to no avail. My phone was turned on high and my room was spotless. By about four, I felt safe but still nervous. I drove some other girls over to campus and we walked trying to seem calm. I couldn’t believe that I had made it this far. So many people were at the field! I felt like it took forever to find my Rho Gammas. They had their letters on but the Rho Gamma sweatshirts over. Photographers were everywhere having groups get together to take pictures. A half hour after I had arrived, it started. The Rho Gammas all got in a line in the middle of the field with their backs toward us and their fronts to the eight sororities, all of which had banners or cut out letters. Their sweatshirts were off now and their letters were facing away. Just like every other meeting, the Rho Gammas began with the different cheers of all the sororities. Only this time it was different because when the cheer got to their sorority, the Rho Gamma would turn around.
One of my Rho Gammas was a Trojan. The other, the really cool one who had driven me home the first night, was a Cardinal. What are those chances? Either way, I already knew a sister pretty well.
They then came over and began handing out the cards. My name is of course last. I swear I am marrying someone whose last name begins with the letter A.
The count down begins and I’m holding another PNM hand.

THREE

CARDINALS!!!!!!!!
So I jump on my Cardinal rho gamma and then run to my sisters who have the banner, which includes the girl who had preffed me. I then called my mother and told her. The groups began to run to the houses .
WCsweet<3 began to run to her “beach house”


with her welcoming committee,


And is part of a 56 person pledge class (Highest at UO)


And met a whole bunch of new people



And met a whole bunch of sophomores!


We are the Kappa Deltas!
We are the ones for you!
We are the Kappa Deltas!
Don’t you want to be a KD too?!

By the way the Tri Delta house left in 2000, I believe. There is talk about expansion and bringing them back.
