That's what happens when I try to eat lunch and type at the same time. You beat me to it!

I don't know how many times I got those "bandwidth exceeded" images on my MySpace and LiveJournal. Turns out the collegians were posting my event pics on THEIR own MySpaces from my web hosting service even though I was the one footing the bill for the online space. They got a lecture from me after that.

Thank you. Now I feel like a moron for all of the pictures I've posted in sorority mascots thread. Time to go register for an account.

Interesting to look at the results from Arkansas Tech. Last year quota was 20, this year it is 7. Only 2 NPCs on campus, and one took quota plus, the other is under quota, yet a new group is expected to colonize in 2009. Hmmm... Doesn't seem like they have enough interest for 1 sorority, let alone 3.

Only 23 women signed up for recruitment this year, which was WAY below what it has been in the past. House total is 65 and I know Delta Zeta is about 10 below that. I'm not sure what ZTA's total is. I do wonder about bringing another chapter on campus with the questionable climate of Greek life. Maybe it will step up next year?

Actually, Phi Mu is re-colonizing this year. They are absorbing a local. Alpha Gamma Delta is supposed to colonize in 2009. I do not know if the local was part of NPC recruitment this year.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the local was part of the NPC recruitment this time around. The girl I talked to said that there were only 2 groups in recruitment. They usually have around 60 go through recruitment, so she said 20 was a big surprise!
