I promised to keep you posted. The Deltas crossed 38 lovely ladies last week. The line has been drawn in the sand and the war of words and T-shirts has begun. First let me say how disgusted and juvenile I think the whole thing is. But now there are pink and green t-shirts on campus saying "AKA serving tea since 1908." And at their probate they chanted, and I quote, "You spend all your time combing your nappy hair. You look in the mirror but the beauty isn't there. While you were coming out, we were on set. I know all my founders. Do you know yours yet???" See this would be nothing if they dissed everyone, but no, it was exclusive. BUT WAIT!!! It doesn't end. Now the AKA's have t-shirts saying "The Phirst, The Phinest, and Also Financial...How about you?" This is a deliberate jab at the Deltas who were inactive for the most part because of a lack of financial members. I have officially come to believe that my college is a high school now...

I agree; no offense to your institution, but all this drama sounds rather juvenile. Rather high school/middle school-esque...
Apparently, no one at your school has time for class, homework, finals and/or community service. All these t-shirts? Really?  Be for real...
Like I said before, I am a woman of Alpha Kappa Alpha. I know what it means to be a soror of my organization--not anyone else's. I didn't pledge to diss other people, to call across the yard, to break the unity in the Black Community, etc---I was made to uphold the legacy of my founders and their mission---why should I care about anyone else?
Sooooo... if you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, you won't have time to notice anyone or anything else---you'll be doing YOU and YOURS, like you're supposed to be. 
People are on something else these days...

Well if you don't care for what I have to say, please don't read any of my posts. I will be fine without your responses. I posted it because it was relevant to the topic at hand. Trust that I don't have enough time to post all the happenings on my campus. This one was particularly funny and sad at the same time. Why don't you tell us some messy stories about your frat? BTW have you checked your website lately, there seems to be a problem with how to spell Florida on your chapter history page.
