I know my grade school (starting in 6th grade when we actually first got the internet at school) and high school both had them, but they were also private or Catholic schools. I went to public school for part of high school but we didn't have them there, though I have no idea why.

I guess I don't really care that they're making a HS facebook, it would have been pointless at my high school because it wasn't like the friends I had at other schools were friends I never got to see, the way it is now on facebook. I like that I can know what's going on with kids I went to grade school and high school with since we're all spread across the country, but what's the point of it if you already see these people on a regular basis?
