oh i did too. my dad was like they're still counting even though he called to concede, don't give up yet! part of me wishes i stayed registered to vote in ohio, even though i moved back to boston two years ago when i finished school.

I just don't see Sen. Clinton winning the presidency. Trust me, the Clinton haters are out there lurking and will come out in force.

Thank you. I'm strongly opposed to Hillary running in 2008 and I'll fight against her getting the nomination if it comes to that. We need nominees who can win. She is hated with the most vicious venom I have ever seen, and she will inspire the other side more than anybody else we could possibly run. We don't need a candidate who has millions of enemies before she even takes one step; we need someone who can start fresh. It's not fair, and it's not right, but it's a fact that she'll do the party a hell of a lot more good in the Senate than she will going down in flames running for president.

Yea, I couldnt believe it myself that he won. What can I do? I went out and voted and that is all I could do. At least he can't be reelected in 2008, lol.

I do agree that Hillary should not run for President. While I do think there are many people that like her, I don't think she will have even a close chance of winning and I do agree that we need some who is gonna win for the democratic party. She is better off in senate.

Last night a classmate of mine, who's a republican (black male), said that Condoleeza Rice might be the rebublican candidate in 4 years. Wouldn't it be interesting if she would be running against Hillary? Who would you vote for?

Condie's a right wing cultural conservative who works to support a political agenda and party that I despise. Hillary's a left-wing (somewhat) social liberal who supports social and economic agenda that is closely aligned with my personal beliefs. It's pretty clear who I would vote for. Political beliefs would trump any racial allegiance in a heartbeat.

Oh, and Sistah Condie has long said that after her job with this political adminstration is over, her next move is to become NFL commissioner. She's actually said it would be a 'dream job' for her. I was hoping that her dream would come true sooner rather than later, but I digress.
